Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is time reserved specifically for you. I understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary therefore I require at least a 24hr. notice for service cancellation/reschedules. NO SHOW/NO CALL will be required to provide a valid debit/credit card on file to RE-book an appointment in the future and a non-refundable deposit of $25.00 to secuere the appointment. LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION (day of appointment) will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is separate from the non-refundable no show deposit. Deposit can be make via Zelle, Venmo, Cash app, or Pay pal. I will provide my information once appointment is made. You will have 24 hrs. to make the deposit.
I understand scheduling conflicts happen. Please call or text to see if I still have time for your appointment. If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, it will be rescheduled. Thank you for understanding!!
